Job Role


The role of a Service Customer Advisor is to provide each and every one of our customers with consistently high levels of service at every contact with our dealerships.

This exciting apprenticeship programme is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, a challenging and varied working environment and who wants to develop a long term career with an ambitious automotive brand.

The duties of a Service Customer Advisor may include:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
  • Booking/scheduling vehicle services
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

Working Hours 40 hours, Monday to Friday. Optional Saturday overtime
